Using Shifts Assist
Shifts Assist helps compare shift events from Google Calendar with an uploaded presence report. You are responsible for reviewing the results and confirming that they are accurate before relying on them.
No Guarantee
The app is provided as is. We do not guarantee that comparisons, extracted PDF data, calendar reads, or other results will always be complete, accurate, timely, or available.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for your use of the app, the files you upload, the calendar access you approve, and any decisions you make based on the app output.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shifts Assist and its owner are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, financial, employment, scheduling, data, or other damage or loss connected to using or being unable to use the app.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Shifts Assist after a change means you accept the updated terms.
